My Approach

I am a firm believer that life is meant to be enjoyed and that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. If you have a desire, that means that your mind knows that you can experience it. Or else you would not have created the thought in the first place. 

 

Life can be tricky, messy, and overwhelming. Maybe you want to find some clarity, so you can move forward. Perhaps you want to feel good, feel free, and not confused, or powerless. Whatever your concern, talking to someone can only benefit you.

So here I am, supporting anyone who needs help with overcoming obstacles that hold them back from living the life they desire.

My goal is for you to understand that you hold the power and that you are capable of achieving all that you desire with the right mindset and support.

My vision is to help you create a meaningfull life. A life where you wake up everyday and you choose to be excited. A life where you feel safe to express your truest self freely and share your passion with the world. To fully enjoy every moment and to be present enought to get over any difficulties with grace.

After 4 years of exploring more holistic approaches to support our mental well-being, and practicing various mindfulness techniques I now, understood how powerful our thoughts are. Meaning that our thinking patterns, and our belief systems influence our life experience. That is what Hypnotherapy teaches us. 

What is Hypnotherapy? 

​Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis can be described as a state of heightened focus and relaxation. Similar to the state between wakefulness and sleep. In other words, it is a deeper state of awareness that can be induced at will, usually by a therapist. In this state, both your conscious and subconscious mind may be more accessible and open to suggestions.

In Hypnotherapy

  • All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are the only person who has access into this deeper state of awerness. I am just the guide. 

  • We create a goal and together we build steps that will help you get to where you want to go. 

  • We explore our beleifs and the role they play in our thinking, feeling, and behaving.

  • you Release emotional tension and you adopt new, more positive beliefs about yourself and your relationship to the world around you.
